Be Light in Grief.
A Grief Training to Meet Suffering as the Light
Be Light in Grief.
Grief is one of the most challenging aspects in our everyday lives. We grieve not only for the death of a loved one, but for any loss, real or anticipated.
Grief affects us holistically - emotionally, physically, mentally, socially and spiritually - and when left unhealed can lead to illness. This new paradigm of energy medicine as integrative medicine is about working with an individual's higher coherent frequencies to re-ignite life force energy so a person may reclaim experiences of joy, appreciation, and newfound vitality.
In our one-day Be Light in Grief Certification, students will gain an understanding of non-pharmaceutical energetic and rhythmic practices, that can be used alongside traditional western healthcare treatments.
Based on the book by Lisa Ishwari Murphy and Kathleen Papineau. Created by Lisa Ishwari Murphy and currently run by advanced Energy Medicine Amy Knox & Sarah Boehler, RN.
Book: Be Light in Grief.
“Lisa Ishwari Murphy and Kathleen Papineau have written a most enlightening, hopeful book on death, dying, and the grief that comes with it all. It is a must read for all people who are grieving, those who are caring for a dying loved one, and for professionals working with the dying. This book does indeed offer a refreshing, new paradigm of loss, of grieving consciously, and of how to heal. Their explanation and examples of energy healing, mindfulness, and sound healing offer real and proven practices in how to go through and heal from personal loss and grief. The book is sprinkled with insightful stories of their own experiences with grief and with people who have worked with them. Anyone who is looking for help traversing the rough road of grief and loss will truly benefit from this book.”
