Welcome to Sva Ha Academy

Sva Ha Academy is a unique teaching and healing body of embodied wisdom. We are rooted in the teachings of Lisa Ishwari Murphy and all of our programs have been transmitted through her channel directly to faculty.

We believe it is our mission to ignite healing in ourselves and others, and to bring the world into a new paradigm of peace and freedom. We are here to help others deprogram the conditionings of survival consciousness, and to return to flow in alignment with Natural Law.

No matter how you found us, we welcome you with open arms to this new journey.

What classes to take?

If you are ready to deepen your learning, and step into deep commitment to yourself, we highly recommend starting with one of our Foundational Programs- our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training or our Energy Medicine Training.

Both trainings set a foundation of natural law, ethics, and spiritual understanding that will prepare you to dive deeper into our other certifications.

⭐️

Although a foundational class is recommended before diving into our other certifications (Synergy of Sound, Earth Based Medicine, ect), we welcome you to take any yoga class at Sva Ha Studio or attend one of our many Synergy of Sound journeys. Our faculty holds them regularly and Lisa holds Equinox/Solstice ceremonies quarterly.

We have plenty of events open to the public (Kirtan, Dharma talks, healings, yoga, and more!) Check out our schedule here and feel free to email svahaacademy@gmail.com with any questions about our certifications. We welcome curiosity!
