Synergy of Sound Journeys
Lisa offers quarterly Synergy of Sound Journeys at Sva Ha Academy. During the equinoxes and solstices, we experience energetic shifts as the Earth revolves into the next season. As this time, we can tap into these heightened energies, facilitating spiritual growth, healing, and manifestation. Using sacred sound healing instruments and the rhythm of the drum, we connect in with the pulse of the Earth's Schumann Resonance, and into the energetic roadmap of these celestial events.

Winter Solstice is a celebration of rebirth, as the light of the Sun begins a new solar cycle. When the Old Sun dies and the Sun of the New Year is born, the Earth’s Aura is revived in mystical ways, awakening a presence of Spirit, and the power of faith and hope, that our visions of the future will come into being. Capricorn Solstice Ceremonies help us to honor the past year and remind us of our inner light, and the Divine Light that guides our way through times of darkness.

The Spring Equinox celebrates the beginning of the astrological year, as we enter Aries season. It’s an energy of awakening, rebirth and growth. The Equinox has long been considered a sacred time of creating balance and working in harmony with Mother Nature. The days and nights are of equal length, opening a magical portal of darkness and light; an opportunity to balance the duality of our shadow side with our divine essence. It is believed that the veil between dimensions is thin, making it easier for us to connect with higher realms and our spirit guides and ancestors.

The Summer Solstice is a celebration of summer and the longest day of the year, bringing magical healing and harmonious energies for abundance, vitality and strength. Since the beginning of time, our ancestors have marked this period with ritual and celebration, honoring our connection to the Sun and our spiritual fire within. Summer Solstice is the beginning of Cancer Season, which is a good time connect with nature spirits and the healing energies of the planet.

The Equinox marks the beginning of Libra Season; creating an equilibrium on the planet, balancing the forces of day and night, dark and light. It is a magical time, when we can tune in and balance our energy centers, using the rhythms of Mother Earth. Join us in sacred space as we honor the turning of the wheel.
