From Sherrie: My healing journey began in 2009, when my friend Carole introduced me to Lisa Ishwari Murphy, Director of the Fairhaven Healing Arts Center. I attended a mentoring class hosted by Lisa, where she guided us through an orally transmitted teaching and meditation with sound. The experience was transformative—so deeply relaxing that I could hardly open my eyes afterward. In that moment, I knew this was where I was meant to be. I felt at home, and from that day on, I was committed to learning, growing, and healing. Through Lisa's guidance, I have experienced deep transformation, and I have come to realize that my path is to help others with theirs. I am honored to be able to share what I’ve learned with others, helping them heal and discover their own peace and power.

Current Work & Teaching: I am co-directing Reiki training courses with Suzanne Guay, including: Reiki I with BioScalar, Reiki II with BioScalar, Reiki Master, Reiki Master Teacher, Reiki with BioScalar Meditations. I also co-teach Sva Ha Yoga and serve as the Activities Coordinator at The Bourne Council on Aging. In this role, I incorporate my healing arts teachings into the community, offering: Weekly Chair Yoga, Guided Meditation with Sound, Healing Reiki sessions, and Monthly Drum Circles. I am passionate about being of service and feel deeply honored to teach at Sva Ha Yoga and the Synergy of Sound Training Academy. It’s my mission to bring healing, peace, and light to as many people as possible. Let's make a difference in this world—together.
