Through her guidance holding the remembrance of my true essence, I awakened my inner light—moving from forgetfulness into deep consciousness.

I now live with greater peace and joy, ignited by the passions of my heart, and deepen my connection to the body through rhythmic movement that fosters empowerment, strength, and spaciousness. The sacred support of the Shambala has offered me a place without judgment—a sanctuary to grow, heal, and explore the depths of my being. It was here that I connected with Sherrie Rose Best, a radiant heart with whom I co-teach Reiki infused with Bioscalar energy and Sacred Sound through classes and meditations that open pathways of healing and remembrance.

Since 2018, I have been a devoted student of Lisa Ishwari Murphy of Fairhaven Healing Arts, founder of Sva Ha Yoga & Synergy of Sound™ Training Academy. Through her oral transmissions of ancient streams of consciousness, I have received wisdom in Natural Law, Energy Medicine, Energy for Life Coaching, Synergy of Sound Healing™, Transformational Bodywork, Shamanic Healing, Past Life Recognition, and Sva Ha Yoga. Completing the Sva Ha Yoga & Synergy of Sound 200-hour Teacher Training, guided by founder Lisa Ishwari Murphy and co-directors Andrea DeVeau-Cabral and Neil Cabral, was a deeply transformative experience. It was more than learning yoga—it was an immersion in heart-based teachings, unconditional support, and love. Through this sacred container, I explored the depths of self and the world, expanding into the pulse of my being and igniting my inner light even brighter—so that I may help others embody their own truth.
